I always love visiting Karen because I stay on my exercise routine with her. I went to the Y with her (could not convince Crickett to join us even though Doug did) on Tuesday for a core class and Thursday for a Piloga class. And of course every morning we walked camelback for 45 minutes.
We went into the mountains and yes I got car sick. It was fun at the hot springs cuz Crickett had never been to one. He was in awe and loved soaking his knee from all the exercise he was experiencing.
We had lots of laughs and good eats!
I accomplished a lot. New recipes, motivation to continue exercising, 2 websites developed, learned some history and new friends. How can it get any better. :)
But no one to call me Grandma yet. She will be here soon though.
