Thankful
I am thankful that I did not run a red light.
Right beside me, with flashing lights indicating a red light at intersection, the car kept his speed going.
He went right through the red light.
In the middle of that intersection was a police officer getting ready to turn.

The car almost ran right smack into the driver side of the cop car.
I was close enough to see the police officer's expression and he was upset.
He turned around right beside me and his lights went on.
The car pulled along the side of the road as soon as he saw the cop car turn around.
I again saw the expression on the police officers face while he was getting out of the car.
I said a pray for him, hoping to help calm him.

I am thankful for those friends that don't worry about the 10 mile drive out of town to come visit me.
I am thankful those friends that call me up and say let's go for lunch.
I love those friends that say "here's what i am going to do for you" not just "what can I do to help you".
I am thankful for all of their prays.
