Body by Vi

Oh my I had a great tasting shake this morning.

Almond milk
1 TbspSugar free chocolate pudding mix
2 tsp peanut butter
1/2 banana
2 scoops body by vi shake mix

Soooooo very good. Way better than my normal chocolate protein drink.

    Another Recipe:
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 cup Almond milk
    1 banana
    2 tsp cinnamon with some truvia
    2 tsp flaxseed
    some ice cubes
