Zoey's Prolactin levels came back high. Prolactin is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland. The doctor said the "spot" found on the MRI could be irritating her pituitary gland and causing it to produce more than it needs. She will need to go back in 4 months to have the blood work done again and to have an X-ray done to see the age of her bones.
It has been fun spending time with her. She is a busy little girl and is getting better and better at saying Grandma.
