The stress of selling a house.

I am cleaning today. Now when I clean, I want it to stay looking like this forever. But in order for it to stay like this you can hardly live it.......depressing :)

Open house tomorrow............
Will any one come to look at the house?.....stress
Will we sell it and not find a house we want to buy?...........stress
Will we find a house we want and not sell our house?.............disappointment turning into stress

We are realalistic, we know that our house has small bedrooms and no master bath. Something people like to have. However, we are hoping that our back yard paradise will help us out. But we also know that you have to find that special buyer that wants a swimming pool.
