We give thanks for the occasion
Of gathering together for this holiday.
We give thanks for this food even if it is not Turkey
Prepared by caring and loving hands.
We give thanks for life new and old,
The freedom to enjoy family and fun times together.
As we partake in this family gathering,
We pray for health and strength
To carry on and try to live as God would have us.

It was a great weekend with family.
