I am coming to visit you soon. I ask that you not welcome a snowstorm into the state while I visit you.

Instead I ask that you invite Sunny days and Warmth.

Dear Iowa,

When I return to you I ask that you bring swimming pool weather.

Send the rain to who needs it most.

Send the wind and cold to where it would be welcomed with open arms.
